What we brew…

Espresso

Brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans.

Cappuccino

Italian coffee drink that is traditionally prepared with double espresso, hot milk, and steamed milk foam.

Caffe Latte

A combination of espresso and steamed milk equivalent to a “latte”

Mochachino

An espresso shot (double) with either a combination of steamed milk and cocoa powder or chocolate milk.

Macchiato

Macchiato is milk steamed to microfoam, served in a glass with a half shot of espresso poured gently through the foamy top layer, creating a layered drink with a “macchia”—a spot—of espresso on the top.

Americano

Style of coffee prepared by brewing espresso with added hot water, giving it a similar strength to, but different flavor from drip coffee.

The origin of our coffee beans

Our premium coffee beans are imported from Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia. We serve the best variety of coffee such as Tanzania Peaberry Coffee which is a bright arabica coffee with a medium body and delightful fruit-toned acidity. The taste is deep and rich, often revealing hints of black currant which soften to chocolate and then blend into the coffee’s lingering, sweet finish. You will also be able to find our secret recipe, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee displays a bright acidity along with an intense, clean flavor and a complexity of floral notes in the aroma, perhaps a hint of toasted coconut, along with a vibrant aftertaste and perhaps a slightly nutty or chocolaty quality. Yirgacheffe coffees are high-toned, floral and citrusy in contrast to the wild and jammy Ethiopian Harrars.

I love their Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee, it is fragrant and spicy, Yirgacheffee coffees are known for their sweet flavor and aroma with a medium to light body. The coffee is wet processed and grown at elevations from 5,800 feet to 6,600 feet above sea level.

That’s a nice place and they brew very nice coffee. Try a medium roast Tanzania Peaberry Coffee, which provides an aroma that is floral and complex, often exhibiting hints of pineapple, citrus, or coconut. The flavor is delicate, sometimes revealing winey notes and a velvety feeling on the palate.
